Made 100% with olives from the Serrana de Espadán variety, with a smooth flavor and no bitter traces, it is an oil with an elegant and broad aroma on the nose, with descriptors that recall a green meadow. On the palate, it stands out for its smoothness, reminding us of the fruit from which it comes in all its fullness, leaving a very light and balanced spicy note in the aftertaste.
